Stone Therapy (Hot Rocks) Offered in many spas throughout the country. The use of hot and cold rocks in combination with swedish massage is deeply relaxing. Benefits include: increased blood flow, increased range of motion, increase lymphatic flow, reduction of edema. It feels great!! Typically, a complete session lasts 1 1/4 hour and is priced differently from a standard massage session.
