Sharon graduated from the Space Coast Massage Institute in Melbourne, Florida in 1996.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Education from the University of Central Florida.  Prior to establishing herself as a Massage Therapist, Sharon taught High School Science in Florida and professional Massage Therapy at the California Health Institute in Palmdale, California focusing on sports massage, medical massage and shiatsu.  Sharon attended two years of Asian Medical School learning Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology.

Sharon offers a depth of knowledge and an array of skills which she incorporates into her sessions of therapeutic, sports and pregnancy massage.  She also offers sessions of active isolated stretching and strengthening and she teaches our upper body and lower body flexibility class series. 

Sharon's goal is to help her clients better understand the connections within their body and teach them techniques which will help them balance their bodies and live healthier lives.
