Sharon graduated from The Space Coast Massage Institute in Melbourne, Florida in 1996. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Education from the University of Central Florida. Prior to establishing herself as a Massage Therapist, Sharon taught High School Science in Florida and professional Massage Therapy at the California Health Institute in Palmdale, California focusing on sports massage, medical massage and shiatsu. Sharon has attended two years of Asian Medical School learning Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology.

Sharon focuses her practice on clients who have specific foot and leg problems. She mainly uses the Aaron Mattes Massage, Stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) and Strengthening protocol to help her clients regain the structural integrity of their feet, and reduce or eliminate pain.

Sharon's goal is to help her clients better understand the connections within their body and teach them techniques which will help them balance their bodies and live healthier lives.
